This film was directed by François Girard and is nominated for 9 Canadian Screen Awards including Achievement in Art Direction/Production Design, Achievement in Costume Design, Achievement in Hair, Achievement in Make-Up, Achievement in Music – Original Score, Achievement in Music – Original Song, Achievement in Overall Sound, Achievement in Sound Editing, and Achievement in Visual Effects.
