Synopsis:

For the Olympics Opening we sought out themes and images that would prepare the audience for something that went beyond sport. This opening is a collaboration of music, culture, sport and art. The script is based on lines from one of Korea’s most thoughtful poets, narration from the stars of Kim’s Convenience add an authenticity of tone and pace.
