Olympic coverage is a huge team effort with over 300 hours of CBC programming over 16 days and nearly 1000 hours of English television across 5 channels. The senior programming team that sets the editorial direction is equal parts coordinator, producer, writer, scheduler and inspirational speaker. The CBC Rio 2016 team generated days of entertaining, informative and original live programming.
