Elisa Sauvé was born in Buenos Aires and has made Toronto her home for the last 25 years. Her recent film credits include the Blumhouse feature film Between Earth and Sky with Director Veena Sud, starring Mireille Enos and Peter Sarsgaard, the Sony Television movie Flint with Director Bruce Beresford, the feature Octavio Is Dead with Director Sook-Yin Lee and both Seasons 1 and 2 of CBC's successful series Workin' Moms (written, directed and starring Catherine Reitman). Her other feature credits include Milton's Secret, an adaptation of Eckhart Tolle’s best-selling novel, directed by Barnet Bain and starring Donald Sutherland, which premiered at the Vancouver International Film Festival and Zoom, directed by Pedro Morelli. Zoom, which stars Gael Garcia Bernal, Alison Pill, and Jason Priestly premiered at Toronto International Film Festival before going on to tour the global film festival circuit.
Elisa has been recognized for her work with a Directors Guild of Canada Nomination for Best Production Design in a Feature Film for her work on Zoom and by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television with a Gemini Award Nomination for Best Production Design for the television series Everyday Exotic; which also won a Best Production Design Remy at the Houston International Film Festival.
