Synopsis:
Once the center of American steel, Youngstown, Ohio, became the fastest shrinking city in the United States in the 1950s. Over 60% of the population moved out. Today, 37% live beneath the poverty line. Like Rocco a recovering heroin addict turned urban archaeologist, and Amber, a single mother, leading the fight against city hall to clean up the neighborhood.
