An innovative multi-platform fitness program consisting of a TV show that connects with a mobile app, wearable technology including Apple Watch and Fitbit, and a responsive website. The digital media exist as a central part of the television creative, designed to engage the TV audience beyond the series by creating an on demand platform that expands the broadcast episodes.
