In 2017, the Academy will re-envision their industry-facing award galas hosted at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel, newly titled as: The Gala Honouring Excellence in Non-Fiction Programming, March 7, 2017 & The Gala Honouring Excellence in Creative Fiction Storytelling, March 8, 2017. Each gala is attended by approximately 900 screen industry creators and professionals.
