This conversation brings together two directors from the most-nominated shows at the 2026 Canadian Screen Awards – Heated Rivalry and North of North – alongside the cinematographer behind both projects to explore their creative partnerships behind the camera.
From the first script breakdown to the final colour grade, this panel will unpack how directors and DOPs collaborate to craft a singular visual, balancing technical precision with emotional storytelling while navigating the pressures of high-profile productions.
