Synopsis:

Franklin is new to town and his usual friend-making tactics don’t work on the unusual members of the Peanuts gang. But when the Soap Box Derby arrives, Franklin’s sure it’s a chance to impress new pals, and enters the derby with the only other unpartnered kid in town: Charlie Brown.
