Canadian Screen Award nominees in select Television and Film categories are decided by juries composed of individuals with relevant production credits and experience. Jurors are asked to review submitted materials in advance and convene as a group on Jury Day to determine the nominations through consensus.

Jury Day for the 2026 Canadian Screen Awards will be held virtually on Friday, February 6, 2026.

Nominations in Television Craft categories (direction, writing, cinematography, etc.), as well as select Program and Performance categories will be chosen by peer-to-peer membership vote. For more information on the voting process, see here.

If you would like to vote for the nominees for the 2026 Canadian Screen Awards, please join, renew, or update your branches by Wednesday, December 17, 2025. You must be an active Voting Member during the entirety of the Round 1 Voting Period, which takes place from January 14 to February 12, 2026, in order to vote.
