Pillow Talk

Synopsis:

Every time we pass by a lighted window in the evening and see people in their bedrooms, we ask ourselves what might be going on in their lives. What are they talking about? Are they arguing? Making love? Discussing their problems or perhaps how happy they are together? While we often imagine the bedroom as a sort of paradise where people spend time relaxing in the calming breeze that billows gently through white curtains illuminated by the morning light, it is also and perhaps more often the place where all manner of other things can happen: waking up still drunk after the previous night’s festivities, arguing over who has the coldest feet, rehashing the day’s tensions, etc. Pillow Talk is a comedy that presents couples of different ages, social classes, and origins, living out realistic situations in funny and touching ways, without taboos. The series explores a variety of humorous tones, while remaining anchored in believable situations and issues. The dialogue is frank, filled with complicity, honesty, and sometimes sarcasm, but always reflects the reality of the lives of couples today. It’s easy to see a little of ourselves in each situation!
