Synopsis:

Episode Synopsis:
Charlie, Rex, and Sarah head to an island community torn apart by a resettlement vote. When a British ex-pat is violently intimidated for preventing a lucrative government payout, Charlie and Rex investigate the residents. Meanwhile, a British police officer arrives with information on the ex-pat, and the team discovers the man's sordid past may have followed him to the island.
