Synopsis:

CBC Saskatchewan’s TV feature on photographers in northern Saskatchewan is an exceptional, important story of resilience, hope and healing. Saskatchewan has the highest rate of youth suicide among Canadian provinces. The crisis has touched the lives of many people in remote communities, including Pinehouse. Despite long-term challenges with mental health and addictions, Cree youth are using photography to heal from trauma.
