The suicide rate amongst first responders has reached crisis level, but despite increased awareness, there is still surprisingly little support and lots of stigma. This has left many desperate and lead them to some dangerous methods of coping. After The Sirens hopes to bring focus to the issue by telling the stories of paramedics on the frontline of the crisis.
